Maybe you have never heard of him; but, Grover Cleveland is one of the best US presidents ranked. In fact, he is the only president to ever serve two non consecutive terms. He was actually the 22nd and the 24th POTUS!
President Cleveland was a classical liberal. He is well known for fighting against corruption and bossism.

Woodrow Wilson is one of the best presidents ranked in US history. He was the leader of the Democratic Party and the 28th POTUS.
